I have wanted to make a difference since I was very young...somehow.

I realize that we change the world when we change ourselves.

One thought, one action, one belief... one day at a time.

My journey has been filled with my feet in the air leaping for joy, my knees and tears on the ground begging for help, and everything in between. I continue on this path because in my soul, there is no other option. What we believe, we live.

I feel like my life has come full circle and that the ends have touched to create these rings. Within these rings is my love and experience to share.

Today, I may not be able to end war, hunger, abuse or depression, but today I can treat others better than I did yesterday.

My hope for these rings is that they may be used for the good of all. Let the rings be your catalyst on the path to positive change or a comfort through challenging times.
